Stake with thecoding

Support the network and earn staking rewards by delegating to thecoding.pool.near.

An easier one-click staking experience is coming soon. Until then, use the methods below.

Option 1 — near-cli-rs (recommended for advanced users)

1. Install near-cli-rs

curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -LsSf https://github.com/near/near-cli-rs/releases/latest/download/near-cli-rs-installer.sh | sh

After installation, restart your terminal or run:

source $HOME/.cargo/env

Verify the installation:

near --version

2. Import or create your account

If you already have a NEAR account, import it:

near account import-account using-seed-phrase

Or follow the interactive prompts with:

near

3. Stake (deposit + stake in one step)

Replace YOUR_ACCOUNT.near and the amount:

near staking delegation YOUR_ACCOUNT.near \
  deposit-and-stake '100 NEAR' \
  thecoding.pool.near \
  network-config mainnet \
  sign-with-keychain \
  send

Example (staking 50 NEAR):

near staking delegation alice.near \
  deposit-and-stake '50 NEAR' \
  thecoding.pool.near \
  network-config mainnet \
  sign-with-keychain \
  send

4. Check your staked balance

near staking delegation YOUR_ACCOUNT.near \
  view-balance thecoding.pool.near \
  network-config mainnet \
  now

Option 2 — Meteor Wallet (and most browser / mobile wallets)

This works with Meteor Wallet, MyNearWallet, and most wallets that support NEAR staking.

Open your wallet

Open Meteor Wallet (extension, web, or mobile app) or any compatible NEAR wallet.

Go to Staking

Click Stake (or Earn / Staking) from the home screen.

Create new staking / Select validator

Choose Create new staking or Select validator.

Search for thecoding

In the search box, type:

thecoding.pool.near

Select thecoding.pool.near from the results.
Double-check the exact pool ID before confirming.

Enter amount and confirm

Enter how much NEAR you want to stake (leave a small amount for future transaction fees), then confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Rewards	Start accruing after the next epoch (~12 hours)
Unstaking	Requires a waiting period (usually ~2–4 epochs / ~24–48 hours) before withdrawal
