I work with fixed prices based on typical effort for each engagement. This keeps decisions simple, adds transparency, and removes the usual uncertainty around scope and cost. Yet, I can also easily adjust for specific needs.

* All work includes one structured revision round.
* Significant scope changes are re-quoted.
* Payments are favorably handled via **NEAR Intents** (you can pay in the token and network you prefer).

Timelines are conservative and assume normal capacity. Prioritized delivery shortens the calendar significantly at +25%.

## How I work

1. **Briefing** — We align on goals, audience, constraints, and success criteria (15–30 min call or async).
2. **SOW** — You receive a short Statement of Work with scope, price, and timeline.
3. **Execution** — I research, test flows when relevant, and deliver via pull requests or published content.
4. **Revision + handoff** — One structured revision round is included. I provide a short summary and clear next-step recommendations when useful.

**Prioritized delivery** is available at **+25%** to reduce ETAs.

## Bundles & long-term partners

**Bundles**\
When a client contracts more than one engagement in the same SOW (or within 30 days), a modest bundle discount applies. The most natural and highest-leverage combination is a **Paid Discovery** followed by a **Docs Health Check** and a **Pro Sponsored Research Article** or **Published Tutorial**.

**Long-term partners**\
I reward people and teams with stacking discounts that contribute to **thecoding** in meaningful ways:

* Clean payment via NEAR Intents (including stablecoins)
* 100% advance payment (50%-50% or milestone-based is the norm)
* Delegating NEAR to [`thecoding.pool.near`](/staking)
* Early clients who helped validate the work
* Referrals and/or contibutions via case studies and public [**endorsements**](/endorsements)

Discounts are calculated transparently at briefing time. Maximum combined discount is normally **20%**. Details are always confirmed in the SOW before work begins.
